A group of OFG Year 9 and 10 TAS students are competing in CyberTaipan, the Australian Youth Cyber Defence Competition. Modelled on the US Air Force Association’s CyberPatriot program, the competition is run within a simulated operating system where student teams find and fix cyber security vulnerabilities, strengthen systems, and maintain critical services.
An inspiring competition that develops students digital and STEM skills along with experiencing the cyber security environment. Best wishes to OFG’s two teams as they compete in the upcoming two rounds of competition.
