2023 Northern Beaches Young Writers’ Competition ✪ Congratulations to 4 OFG students nominated as finalists at the 2023 Northern Beaches Young Writers competition who stood out amongst 400 entries. We were thrilled to hear Nico (Yr 8) took 1st place, Lauren (Yr 8) runner up, with Lachlan K (Yr 7) and Lachlan G (Yr 11) both receiving an honourable mention in their respective categories. An incredible achievement. Awards were presented by Mayor Sue Heins and author judges at a special ceremony in the Council Chambers.
